LONG TERM HOLIDAY ACCOMMODATION

Long-term holiday sites (annual sites) are available at Laanecoorie Lakeside Park. Your family can have a van and annexe, cabin or even your own caravan set up all year round. All of these sites are fully sewered so you can have your own toilet and shower if you choose. If you don’t have your own van there is always a few established set ups for sale. No need to call or book an inspection, just drop in and ask about our cabins for sale. 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

For the safety of our guests fires are only allowed in a properly constructed fire pit and must be attended at all times. If leaving the site the fire must be extinguished. Any fire restrictions must be adhered to. Our fire ban zone is Northern Country. Signs will be displayed around the park on days of total fire ban 
Do not drink the tap water. Drinking water is available in the tank at the amenities block. Drinking water is supplied in the park accommodation.
Under Common Law no illegal activities can be carried out in the park. This applies to unlicensed drivers, unregistered vehicles, firearms, fireworks etc. Any breach will result in an immediate departure from the park.
For the comfort and safety of all our guests we ask that noise is kept to a minimum and must not disturb other patrons. Excessive noise or offensive language is strictly not allowed. All noise must cease between 11:30pm and 8:00am.
In the interests of public health and safety dogs are not permitted inside any park accommodation or communal facilities. (EG cabins, amenities block or recreation room)
Within the park are strictly 10KPH
Any damage to either park facilities or other site holder's property must be reported immediately. Arrangements to either repair or compensate for the damage will then be made.
